About Us

Founded by Macy, Bodi-fy was created to offer tiered programs that are fully adaptable - whether you prefer training in the gym or at home. These programs are designed to suit a wide variety of clients, from 9–5 office workers, to dancers between shows, to those getting active again after injury.

Macy brings a wealth of dancer-specific knowledge, having graduated from professional training in 2021, while coach Michael draws from his personal experience navigating both weight gain and weight loss journeys. Together, they offer a broad spectrum of training styles, ensuring every client gets the expert guidance, motivation, and flexibility they need to thrive. Alongside tailored workouts, you’ll also receive nutritional advice to help you fuel your progress and feel your best.

Macy James

Founder, head trainer

Macy specialises in mobility, functional training, and personalised meal planning to support clients in moving and living well. With a strong background in dance, she has a deep understanding of body mechanics, allowing her to effectively guide clients through injuries, limitations, and confidence-building progressions. As a teacher, Macy excels at adapting programs to fit each individual’s lifestyle providing clear guidance, encouragement, and accountability every step of the way. Her goal is to help you feel capable, resilient, and empowered in your body.

Michael Bullen

Personal trainer

Michael has personally experienced both weight gain and weight loss, giving him a deep, firsthand understanding of the challenges that come with each stage of a fitness journey. His personal insight paired with professional expertise makes him the perfect coach to support you in sculpting the strongest, healthiest version of yourself. Energetic, motivating and genuinely enthusiastic, Coach Michael brings out the best in every client - helping you build confidence, stay accountable, and achieve results that last. Whether you’re just getting started or pushing toward a new goal, he’ll be right there with you every step of the way.

Cordelia 'Dee' Simpson

Advanced Yoga Practitioner

Cordelia Simpson is a studio owner, advanced Yoga practitioner, and wellness mentor with a background as a professional dancer for global icons like Beyoncé and Whitney Houston. 

She specialises in dynamic Vinyasa, Rocket Yoga, breathwork, and meditation. Through her platform, Tula Balance, she runs retreats and teacher trainings, helping others find strength, balance, and clarity on and off the mat.
